NOTE: The Extension Number indicates which public report has been extended. For example, Extension Number S2 indicates that Supplementary 2 has been extended. NX indicates there is no expiration dated for the extended public report. Also it is important to read the first page of each report to determine if the report stands alone or should be read with another public report.

NOTE: The developer's Preliminary, Final, and Supplemental Public Reports automatically expire thirteen (13) months from the effective date unless the Commission issues an order extending the effective date for the report. The Contingent Final public report expires in nine (9) months and may not be extended or renewed.
